The Rock Color & Numbers shown above is used to illustrate the selection of home and guest stone colors to be used in the game along with the order in which the home and guest stones numbers will be placed on the curling surface. As stones are placed on the curling surface, this section is updated to show only the remaining stones to be played.

The hit information is enabled when stones are associated with a valid player name while stone numbers, stone color and position information are recorded irrespective of the player names. However when the player name associated with a stone is unknown, the hit information is disabled while the stone number, stone color and placement are recorded such that it can be replayed at a later date.

In this fashion, the coach can pre-record a game by providing valid game information, placing the stones on the curling surface and saving the game to be replayed at a later date with players or teams.

The “Team & Player” section of the scoring controller is used to add both new teams and players along with the capability of moving players between team.

The “Team Management & Statistics” section of the scoring controller is used to present player’s statistics as a function of the different games recorded in myCurlingCoach application. The player’s stats can be examined with respect to the different games recorded as a function of other teams members or as individual games associated with player.

Also part of the team management is the capability of deleting teams, games and players but not capable of adding players and teams which is to be done using the “Team & Player” section.

The Draw and Hits Shot selection shown below is used to select the type of shots that are used for the draw and hits statistics displayed in the player and game statistics. Using standard iOS editing, the default type of shots can be added, deleted, and moved between both the draw or hit shots sections.
